Discount codes are offered at the sole discretion of the company and may also apply only to specific policies.  Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Requests to add, adjust, or honour a discount code after a booking has been completed will not be accepted. By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any applicable discounts must be entered and successfully applied before confirming the reservation.  If a discount code is applied but later found not to meet the relevant eligibility criteria, the company reserves the right to remove the discount and adjust the booking price accordingly.
